LAUNCH THE NEW KRAKEN PARTNERSHIP WITH RB LEIPZIG WITH A SHORT VISUAL
RESPONSE
Previous Kraken partnerships had been launched with playful 3D motion graphics. For this third sleeve partnership announcement, we wanted to utilised the clubs talent and kit to create an exciting and dynamic visual. We wanted to capture the raw emotion of the dressing room before players perform on the big stage. Leading with Kraken's brand colour purple, an intensive lighting setup allowed us to introduce some red accents to pair with the RB Leipzig's kit colours.
A crew of 4 flew from London to visit the RB Leipzig stadium, better known as the Redbull Arena. A 7 hour lighting set up took place in the club's dressing room before our talent arrived to shoot. Worth noting we had less just minutes under 1 hour with the talent. Our visuals see young stars Benny Henrichs, Amadou Haidara and Nuha Jatta don the all new kit with Kraken sleeve sponsors. Our visuals capture the players in both stern and wholesome scenes, as we focus on Kraken's staple purple logo now on the sleeve of the Leipzig giant's kit.
With striking lighting displays, dynamic close up's and plenty of action, we close our visual with a cheeky drone shot of the stadium and partnership motion graphics. A short visual with a short production time and turnaround turned out to be Kraken's best performing launch content with a football club to date. All video content was shot and edited in-house, as motion graphics were also produced in house. A small team worked around the clock to turn this around in a few days.
